Ecstatic dance is a somatic practice as we are tapping in our body and move it intentionelly, without structure. this time we will dance with Mama Cacao, the beautiful, heart opening energy of ceremonial cacao (those who are fasting can take their cup of cacao with them and drink it after breaking the fast).
