DESCRIPTION:Anza souk is a fabulous mix of new & used treasures alongside delicious fresh produce\nThe souk can be explored very comfortably in around an hour\, however\,\nit’s very easy to let lost in the many mountains of clothes or exploring all the weird & wonderful used items on display \nWhen is it\nEvery Wednesday from around 8am until the afternoon (Peak times to visit would be 10am – 2pm) \nWhere is it\nAcross from the Carrefour Supermarket in Anza – Link to map here  \nWhat to expect\nLots of stalls selling produce (fruit\, veg\, meat\, fish\, nuts\, spices & more) including livestock\nMany large new & used clothes stalls with items that have found their way to Morocco from all over the world\nYou can also find secondhand appliances\, furnishings\, utensils & more \nRefreshments\nThere will be small vendors selling snacks (sugarcane juice\, popcorn\, traditional sweets etc)\nAlso there is usually a cosy spot where you can have fresh omelettes made \nHow to get there\nFrom Tamraght by car takes around 10 minutes\nParking is right beside the souk (You will be guided & expect to pay a little for this)\nShare taxi’s are usually available from Tamraght this will be 8 MAD (Private Taxi’s would charge more)\nFrom Tamraght by bus takes around 20 minutes. SUMMARY:FULL MOON CACAO CEREMONY & SOUND HEALING
DESCRIPTION:An intimate evening of ceremonial cacao\, meditation and sound under the Full Moon. \nWe’ll begin by slowing down and sharing a warm cup of ceremonial cacao together — taking time to arrive in the present moment\, turn our attention inward and set a personal intention for the evening. \nYou’ll then be guided through a meditation to release what no longer serves before getting comfortable\, lying down and allowing yourself to simply receive. \nFor 45 minutes\, you’ll be immersed in a sound healing journey inspired by the element of water. Through the gong\, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls\, tuning forks\, ocean drum\, rain stick and other therapeutic instruments\, we’ll move through a soundscape inspired by the different qualities of water — inviting you to let go\, create space and reconnect with a sense of flow. \nWe’ll finish slowly\, with a few quiet moments to integrate the experience before closing our circle. \nWHAT TO EXPECT \n\nCeremonial cacao\nGuided meditation & intention setting\nWater-inspired sound journey\n45 minutes of sound healing\nIntegration & closing\n\nNo previous experience with cacao\, meditation or sound healing is needed. \nCacao precautions: Ceremonial cacao contains naturally occurring theobromine and caffeine. Please let me know before the ceremony if you are pregnant or breastfeeding\, taking MAOI medication\, have a heart condition or significant blood-pressure condition\, are highly sensitive to stimulants\, or have a cacao/chocolate allergy. A smaller serving or cacao-free option can be provided when appropriate. \nABOUT THE FACILITATOR \nNush is a yoga teacher\, sound healing practitioner and intuitive therapist with around 10 years of experience working with the body\, mind and nervous system. \nOver the years\, her work has evolved beyond the physical practice of yoga into exploring different ways we can slow down\, reconnect with ourselves and create space for genuine rest.
