DESCRIPTION:Join us under the Full Moon for an evening of movement\, magic\, and connection by the sea. \nWe’ll begin by arriving together with ceremonial cacao\, taking time to ground\, land in the space\, and set intentions through guided journal prompts\, allowing the lunar energy to support reflection and release. \nFrom here\, you’ll be guided into a gentle meditation\, inviting stillness\, presence\, and connection with the breath\, the ocean\, and the moon above. \nAs the body awakens\, we’ll move into a soft\, flowing yoga practice\, allowing the body to open\, release\, and move intuitively with the rhythm of the waves. \nWe’ll close our practice with oracle cards\, offering insight\, clarity\, and messages to carry with you beyond the evening. \nAs the sun sets and night falls\, we’ll gather together for a fire show\, honouring transformation\, courage\, and the elements — a powerful way to close our time under the Full Moon ✨ \nThis is a space to connect with yourself\, the elements\, and community. \nPlease bring: \n•Yoga mat / blanket to practice on \n•Water \n•Journal & pen \n•Warm layers for after practice \n✨ Come as you are.
