Created with care for small groups and private sessions

Meg guides each class with both passion & compassion, offering gentle encouragement and support to be present and mindful.

With over 3 years teaching & a 500hr YTT offering Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, and Ashtanga yoga.

Incorporating Pranayama, Meditation techniques & exploring Yoga Philosophy.

Classes often end with a tea break that is a chance to reflect, ask questions, or simply enjoy a friendly chat.

This is a safe space to feel free, connect with your inner self, and feel truly supported ♥

All scheduled classes appear on the calendar, and additional sessions can be arranged with Yoga on request.

Throughout the season, you’ll find a variety of events and gatherings designed to deepen your practice and strengthen the sense of community.

The Yoga Teaspot is community focused, spotlighting the people & places in the area that offer healing, yoga & mindful experiences.

Mindful Tamraght is a celebration of the mindful offerings in the area.
