WORKSHOP- dragon staff flow -Tamraght

This workshop will take place on the beach, where we’ll begin by getting familiar with the dragon staff and building a solid foundation through basic movements and techniques. Step by step, we’ll explore control, flow, and confidence with the prop.
As the session evolves, we’ll move into freestyle, blending dragon staff with dance and allowing the music that inspires each participant to guide their movement. A playful, creative space to connect with the body, the rhythm, and the ocean energy
