Welcome to Tamraghtlife.com (the “Website”). “Tamraght Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the operators of the Website.
The following definitions apply:
Users / You / Your: all individuals or organizations accessing or using our Website.
Consumers: individuals using our Services to browse, discover, or attend events, listings, or community information.
Organizers: individuals, groups, or businesses creating and publishing events through the Services.
Contributors: businesses, vendors, service providers, venues, or individuals publishing Connect Directory Listings, Souk/Classified ads, or any other user-generated content.
Services: all features and tools offered on or through the Website, including but not limited to:
Calendar (Community Calendar of events, event submission, browsing)
Connect (Classified listings for venues, businesses, community listings)
Online Souk (Classified listings including secondhand items for sale, services, job posts, opportunities
User accounts, profiles, and dashboard
Any future features introduced by Tamraght Life.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Website or Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or Services.
1.2 What we do
We operate a platform at tamraghtlife.com that includes:
A calendar of local events in and around Tamraght, Morocco.
A business directory (free & paid listings) for local services and charities.
An online Souk/classifieds area where Users can post second-hand items, request services, or share local advice and opportunities
1.3 Third-Party Events, Listings & Stores
1.3.1 Platform & Ticketing Role
Tamraght Life provides a platform for Users to discover events, listings, and community opportunities. For most third-party events, Tamraght Life is not the event organizer and does not control the event itself.
Where ticketing or payment services are provided through the Website, Tamraght Life acts as a facilitator or intermediary on behalf of the Organizer. The Organizer remains solely responsible for the event, including its accuracy, delivery, safety, and compliance with applicable laws.
1.3.2 Organizer Responsibility
Organizers must ensure that every event they publish complies with all applicable laws and that all event details (including time, price, venue, and description) are accurate and delivered as described. Organizers are responsible for honoring all valid tickets sold through the Website.
1.3.3 Listings & Marketplace Responsibility
Businesses, vendors, and contributors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and contact details. Any transactions or agreements made through listings are between Users directly.
1.3.4 Tamraght Life is not responsible for the delivery, quality, or execution of third-party events. Any disputes relating to the event itself remain the responsibility of the Organizer, although Tamraght Life may assist with ticketing-related matters at its discretion.
1.4 Tamraght Life–Hosted Events
Where Tamraght Life creates, runs, or explicitly co-hosts an event, we act as the Organizer and are responsible for the planning, ticketing, customer service, and any applicable refunds for that event, in accordance with the terms presented at checkout.
2.1 Compliance & Eligibility
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if younger) to use the Services. We may refuse access to anyone who has previously been suspended or banned.
2.2 Accounts & Security
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately if you suspect misuse.
2.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Website to:
– Post unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading content
– Harass, exploit, or infringe the rights of others
– Promote or trade unsafe or illegal goods or services
– Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or any harmful code
– Upload viruses, malware, or use bots/scrapers without consent
– Interfere with or disrupt the Website or Services.
2.4 Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse access or future participation to any individual, group, or organization based on prior dealings or conduct. Including behavior outside the platform where we reasonably believe it may affect trust, community integrity, or Tamraght Life’s reputation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or Services at any time, and we may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
3.1 Responsibility for Submitted Content
– Event Organizers are solely responsible for their event listings (including titles, descriptions, dates, times, locations, pricing, images, etc.).
– Directory Listers are solely responsible for their business or nonprofit listings (including names, addresses, contact details, services offered, hours, images, etc.).
– Souk Vendors are solely responsible for their marketplace listings (including product/service descriptions, pricing, availability, images, etc.).
3.2 License Grant
By submitting any content, you grant Tamraght Life a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purposes of operating, promoting, or improving the Services.
3.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and with or without notice, to remove, reject, or edit any user-submitted content that:
– Violates these Terms;
– Is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights;
– Is false, misleading, or spam.
3.4 How to Submit
Submission forms for events, directory listings, and Souk posts are available on the Website. Instructions are provided on each submission page.
3.5 Review & Publication
We aim to review submissions within 72 hours. Approval and publication are at our sole discretion, and completion of a submission form does not guarantee publication. We may notify you by email of our decision.
4.1 Events (Calendar)
4.1.1 We work to keep event details (titles, dates, times, venues, ticket prices) up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or timeliness.
4.1.2 Organizers may change or cancel events at any time; such changes may not immediately appear on our Calendar.
4.1.3 Users should confirm event details (for example, by contacting the Organizer directly) before making travel or booking arrangements.
4.2 Directory Listings (Connect)
4.2.1 Business and service listings (addresses, opening hours, contact info, service descriptions) are provided by the Organizers and third parties.
4.2.2 We assume no responsibility for errors, omissions, or outdated information in these listings.
4.2.3 Users should verify any critical information—such as business hours or pricing—directly with the listed business before visiting or transacting.
4.3 Souk Listings
4.3.1 Product and service offerings, availability, pricing, and collection/delivery details in any Souk listing are set by each Vendor.
4.3.2 We do not guarantee that any item will remain in stock or that pricing will not change after a listing is published.
4.3.3 All sales, refunds, and customer-service issues are handled directly between Users and Vendors. We act solely as the hosting platform.
4.3.4 Tamraght Life does not process payments for Souk transactions; all exchanges are agreed and settled directly between Vendors and Consumers.
4.4 General Disclaimer
4.4.1 All dates, times, locations, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
4.4.2 Under no circumstances will Tamraght Life be liable for any losses, costs, or inconveniences caused by reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information, including travel arrangements, purchases, or other commitments.
4.4.3 It is the sole responsibility of Consumers to carry out appropriate checks and ensure the legitimacy, safety, and accuracy of any goods, services, or opportunities before making payments, bookings, or exchanges. Tamraght Life does not mediate or resolve disputes between Users.
5.1 General
During the initial Calendar launch period (October 2025), event submissions to the Community Calendar are free of charge. Tamraght Life reserves the right to introduce, change, or withdraw fees at any time following the trial period.
5.2 Connect Listing Packages
Basic Connect Listings can currently be added free of charge during our trial period. Paid packages and upgrades will be introduced after the relaunch.
5.3 Experience Calendar Fees
Experience Calendar events may currently be submitted without payment during the trial period. Fees for paid events (e.g. above a set ticket price) will be introduced after the relaunch. Details of applicable fees, payment terms, and thresholds will be published on the Website before they take effect.
5.4 Payment Methods
When introduced, available payment methods for Connect and Experience Calendar submissions will be published on the Website. Events and listings will only be published once payment is confirmed. Credits, once purchased, will expire at the end of their validity period. No partial refunds will be offered.
5.5 Non-Payment & Cancellations
If payment is required and not received within the stated timeframe, the submission may be cancelled. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of publication and at least 14 days before the event date. Requests outside these windows are not eligible for a refund.
5.6 Payment Confirmation
– For electronic payments (Stripe, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cash Plus), Tamraght Life will consider your listing paid once we receive confirmation from the payment provider.
– For cash payments, listings will only be published after we confirm receipt, either directly or via a valid receipt slip provided by our authorized agent and emailed to salam@tamraghtlife.com.
– Until confirmation is received, your event or listing will remain unpublished.
6.1 Free Calendar Events
Only scheduled group events, such as classes, workshops, public drop-in sessions, or pop-ups, are eligible for the free Community Calendar.
A group event must advertise a fixed per-person price that does not increase if attendance is lower than expected.
6.2 Excluded Events
Open days, “book-on-demand” private sessions (e.g. 1-to-1 yoga, private surf lessons), and any activity priced per individual booking are not eligible for the free Community Calendar and should not be submitted.
These private offerings may instead be promoted via paid Connect Directory Listings.
6.3 Minimum Participants & Cancellation
Organizers must set a minimum attendance requirement in their event details if the event is only planned to take place when that minimum is met.
If the minimum is not met, the Organizer must cancel the event at least 48 hours before its scheduled start and notify all registered attendees.
Failure to cancel at least 48 hours in advance, causing inconvenience to Consumers or generating complaints, may result in suspension of the Organizer’s Calendar submission privileges. If a ticketed event is canceled due to minimum attendance not being met, ticket holders must be offered a refund, transfer, or alternative solution in accordance with the Organizer’s stated policy and applicable law.
6.4 Future Paid Features
Private sessions and open-house events may be featured under upcoming paid-promotion options, details of which will be published when available.
6.5 Enforcement & Privilege Suspension
Failure to comply with these standards (e.g. advertising ineligible events, not canceling when minimums aren’t met) will result in immediate removal of the event from the Calendar, with notice sent to the Organizer.
Consistent or repeated breaches may lead to suspension of the Organizer’s privileges to use the Calendar for future events.
6.6 Disclaimer
Tamraght Life is not responsible for costs, losses, or inconveniences resulting from event cancellations, changes, or failure to meet attendance requirements.
7.1 Consent to Notifications
By submitting an event, directory listing, or Souk listing, you agree that we may send you periodic emails or other electronic notifications to verify that your submission remains active and accurate.
7.2 Confirmation Requests & Response
We may send one or more confirmation requests asking you to confirm the active and relevant status of your:
– Calendar Event details (e.g. date, time, venue, description)
– Connect Directory listing details (e.g. address, contact info, services)
– Souk listing details (e.g. products/services, pricing, availability)
You must respond within 48 hours of any such request. If we do not receive a response in that timeframe, we reserve the right to unpublish your submission. We are not responsible for any loss of visibility, bookings, or sales resulting from removal due to non-confirmation. Misleading or harmful content may be removed immediately. Organizers may contact us to request review and potential reinstatement.
7.3 Continued Publication
Once you confirm, your event, listing, or Souk post remains live until:
– The event’s end date passes (for events),
– The directory listing expiry date (per your package), or
– The Souk post validity period ends
whichever comes first, unless you choose to unpublish earlier.
7.4 Removal & Re-Listing
Submissions unpublished due to non-confirmation may be re-listed by submitting again and paying any applicable fee or renewing your package.
You may not:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Use the Website for any commercial solicitation or spam.
Upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
Interfere with or disrupt the Website’s functionality
Posting duplicate or spam listings
9.1 Reporting Misconduct
Any User may report content or activity on the Website that appears to violate these Terms—such as misleading information, false advertising, unsafe practices, or other abuses—by: Submitting a report via our online contact form at tamraghtlife.com/report (or by emailing us at SALAM@TAMRAGHTLife.com), and
Providing sufficient details (URL, description of the issue, supporting evidence).
9.2 Investigation Process
Upon receipt of a valid report, Tamraght Life will:
Acknowledge your report within 3 business days
Investigate the claim in good faith and gather any additional information from the Reporter, the Subject Organizer/Vendor, or other Users.
Complete the investigation within 14 calendar days, or notify all parties if more time is required.
9.3 Corrective Actions
If we determine a violation has occurred, we may, at our discretion:
Request the Organizer/Vendor to correct or remove the problematic content.
Unpublish or remove an Event, Listing, or Storefront entirely.
Issue a warning, suspend listing privileges, or permanently ban the User’s account from any or all Services.
9.4 Notification & Appeals
We will notify both the Reporter and the Subject User in writing of our findings and any actions taken. If the Subject User disputes the outcome, they may request a secondary review by emailing SALAM@TAMRAGHTLife.com within 7 days of notification
10.1. Third Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites.
10.2. Third Party Services
Any transactions or interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.
11.1. Ownership
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is our property or is used with permission.
11.2. Copyright
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any Website content without our prior written consent.
12.1. The Website is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.
12.2 We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13.1 By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Tamraght Life regarding events, listings, storefronts, and related services.
13.2 All marketing emails and SMS will include a clear unsubscribe link or opt-out instructions; you may unsubscribe at any time without penalty.
13.3 We may engage third-party providers (e.g. Mailchimp, Sendinblue) to send marketing communications on our behalf; those providers are bound by their own privacy and security policies.
13.4 Transactional Communications
Tamraght Life may send transactional emails related to bookings, ticket confirmations, receipts, event updates, cancellations, and essential service notifications. These are not marketing communications and may still be sent even if a User has opted out of promotional messages.
14.1 We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at tamraghtlife.com/privacy.
14.2 We will not sell or share your personal data with any third party except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.
14.3 To exercise your data rights (access, correction, deletion), or for privacy inquiries, please follow the instructions in our Privacy Policy.
15.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any User account, event listing, directory listing, or storefront for:
• Violation of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Non-payment or chargebacks; or
• Any conduct that harms our reputation or other Users.
15.2 Upon suspension or termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately, and we may remove all related content without liability.
16.1 Tamraght Life will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or telecommunications outages, acts of war or terrorism, governmental actions, or failures of third-party services.
16.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website and may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs with or without prior notice.
17.1 Any dispute regarding fees, payments, or chargebacks must be raised in writing within 30 days of the transaction date.
17.2 We may suspend publication of any disputed event, listing, or storefront until the dispute is resolved to our satisfaction.
17.3 You are responsible for any bank, transfer, or intermediary fees incurred in making or refunding payments
18.1 Ticket Sales for Third-Party Events
Tamraght Life may provide ticket sales and booking functionality for selected third-party events listed on the Website. In these cases, Tamraght Life acts as a ticketing and payment facilitator on behalf of the Organizer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Tamraght Life is not the Organizer and is not responsible for the delivery, quality, legality, or safety of the event. The Organizer remains solely responsible for the event and for honoring all valid tickets sold.
18.2 Payment Collection
Payments for tickets may be processed through the Website using third-party payment providers. By purchasing a ticket, the Consumer authorizes Tamraght Life and its payment partners to collect and process payment on behalf of the Organizer.
18.3 Prices, Currency & Fees
Ticket prices may be displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), Euros (EUR), or another stated currency. The final price shown at checkout is the total amount payable.
Where applicable, booking fees, processing fees, and currency conversion adjustments may be included within the final ticket price presented at checkout, meaning the displayed price is the full amount payable by the Consumer.
18.4 Organizer Payouts
For third-party ticketed events, Tamraght Life may receive funds on behalf of the Organizer. Any agreed commission, processing fees, refunds, or chargebacks may be deducted before payout.
Payouts to Organizers will only be made once funds have been received and released by the payment processor. Tamraght Life is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banks, fraud reviews, or reserve holds. Tamraght Life reserves the right to withhold payouts where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, disputes, or complaints.
18.5 Refunds & Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated on the event page, tickets are non-refundable except where:
a) the event is canceled;
b) the event is materially changed;
c) a refund is required by law; or
d) the Organizer has provided a specific refund policy.
If an event is canceled, Tamraght Life may process refunds on behalf of the Organizer. The Organizer remains responsible for refund obligations, and refunded amounts may be deducted from payouts due to the Organizer. Processing fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
18.6 Rescheduled or Changed Events
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or significantly changed, ticket holders may be notified by email. Available options (such as transfer, credit, or refund) will depend on the Organizer’s policy and applicable law.
18.7 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Tamraght Life may share transaction details with payment providers and the Organizer.
Tamraght Life may deduct disputed amounts, chargeback fees, and reasonable administrative costs from Organizer payouts. Repeated disputes may result in suspension of ticketing privileges.
18.8 Organizer Obligations (Ticketed Events)
Organizers must:
– provide accurate and complete event details
– honor all valid tickets sold
– notify Tamraght Life of cancellations or changes
– comply with all laws, permits, and safety requirements
– ensure the event is delivered as described
18.9 Ticket Holder Terms
A valid ticket grants entry to the specified event, subject to event terms and venue rules.
Attendees may be required to present proof of purchase, ID, or a scannable barcode. Entry may be refused if a ticket is invalid, duplicated, or used in breach of event conditions.
19.1 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.
20.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
21.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England
