Join for a Yin Yoga Class with Conny, a slow and gentle practice with longer-held poses designed to release tension, improve flexibility and calm the nervous system. A perfect way to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself.

A 60-Minute Class combining Breath, Asana and relaxing Meditation in a nice atmosphere with Ocean view. We are fully equipped with Manduka Yoga Mats and Props
