This ecstatic dance journey begins with grounding, somatic warm-up and play, unfolds through free-form dance in the beautiful garden of Kalananda Studio along to Ralph’s amazing musical journey and closes with a grounding sound bath in the studio. There’ll be time and space for chats and tea afterwards also 🙂
