Our monthly cold water swim is all about kick starting the morning with a feeling that is unmissable! We’ll do a short mobility sequence with @mariaddurao and then head together into the ocean.

If it’s your first time, come curious.
If you joined us before, bring a friend and help spread the magic.

Why try a cold swim?
• It pulls you out of your head and into your body
• It resets your nervous system and boosts your mood
• Doing it together makes it feel less scary and way more powerful
