With it comes stories, wisdom, and ancestral traditions.
Its flowing, heart-opening sound creates a deeply calming and meditative atmosphere, carrying you into a space of presence and connection ✨️
Together, we will explore the power of conscious breathing to quiet the mind, release tension, and reconnect with ourselves. Through guided breathwork and meditation, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and journey inward.
We will be immersed in the healing sounds of the kora, Tibetan singing bowls, and sacred bells, creating a rich soundscape for rest, reflection, and integration.
This is an opportunity to pause from the busyness of life, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and experience the meeting of ancient sound traditions from West Africa.
No previous experience is needed..simply come as you are.
Nestled between Tamraght and Aourir, close to Banana Beach, Kalananda Yoga Studio is a peaceful yoga shala surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature. Known for its calm atmosphere and welcoming community, the space offers a variety of practices including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, Breathwork, Workshops and more, creating a tranquil space to move, breathe and reconnect.
