CLASS – Ashtangin Yoga with Meg – Tamraght

Ashtangin is a blend of Ashtanga & Vinyasa-inspired flows
Combining the structure of the Ashtanga Primary Series with the freedom of mindful movement.
The traditional sequence focuses on strength, stability & flexibility. Each asana typically held for 5 deep Ujjayi breaths. Ashtanga is known for being dynamic & energising however in Ashtangin we soften & slow down the pace to help create space to truly understand each posture.
This class introduces key elements of the Primary Series while allowing time to break down alignment & explore modifications.
We tune into what feels right for your own body. You’ll learn how to move with intention & awareness while experiencing the uplifting, disciplined nature of Ashtanga.

This class is suitable for all levels.
We take time to explore each asana’s intention, alignment & variations so you can practice effectively and safely for your body. When booking, we can discuss any personal requirements & throughout class you’ll be offered options to either slow down or increase the strength & pace depending on how you’re feeling.
