A simple community practice
Join me for a gentle 45 minute group session to explore techniques to practice presence, calm & grounding.
We aim to help regulate the nervous system through pranayama, guided meditations & simple mindful movements.
This shared practice is inspired by what has supported me & so many others to feel more calm, centred & connected in life.
